Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
International Shipping
International delivery times vary by destination, usually 7–21 business days.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to begin showing movement in the system.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Eternal Stoke is not responsible for:

Shipping delays caused by the carrier

Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
If your package appears lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier first. If further assistance is needed, email us and we will do our best to help.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
If you entered the wrong address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this window, changes may not be possible if the order has already begun processing.
Returned-to-Sender Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. Boxes through USPS.
